Policy Intelligence Manager

Policy Monitoring & Analysis:

• Track federal and state legislation and regulations impacting Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and healthcare technology.
• Analyze proposed policies like the UpCode Act to assess potential business and product impacts.
• Develop scenario analyses and impact assessments for major regulatory changes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

• Build relationships with industry associations to gather early intelligence on policy developments.
• Represent the company at policy conferences and monitor relevant Congressional hearings and CMS sessions.
• Provide regular policy briefings and updates to internal Product, Sales, and Executive teams.

Internal Collaboration & Strategic Support:

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate regulatory changes into product roadmap requirements.
• Support Marketing and Sales teams with compliant messaging and positioning in response to policy shifts.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance departments on regulatory interpretation and risk assessment.
