Job Description
Looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 7 years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with Head of CRM, work on Solutions given by Head of CRM and business stakeholders to implement strategic CRM initiatives, drive automation, and ensure same-day resolution of high-priority cases.
You will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom modules. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations using APIs and middleware. Implement data integrity controls and improve CRM data models to support reporting, automation, and operational efficiency. You will also provide mentorship to junior developers and admins, and lead the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and compliance.
