IGEL Endpoint Engineer – OS Migration

Role Overview:

• Support a short-term engagement focused on enterprise IGEL environment assessment, troubleshooting, and operating system migration.
• Work closely with engineering stakeholders to support environment review, issue remediation, and structured migration planning.
• Assist with execution within a large-scale IGEL-managed endpoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical working sessions to review findings and provide recommendations.
• Support implementation activities and operational stability during migration activities.
• Provide hands-on engineering support across IGEL UMS, endpoint devices, and related virtual desktop infrastructure as needed.

Desired Experience:

• Experience supporting IGEL OS upgrades, migrations, or large-scale endpoint rollouts.
• Strong background in Endpoint Engineering, EUC, or Desktop Engineering environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint, configuration, and connectivity layers.
