Core Responsibilities:
- Provide technical installation and commissioning support for smart motor equipment to clients and service teams.
- Complete rotating equipment alignment using dial indicators or laser equipment.
- Demonstrate an ability to fault find and self-manage to avoid unnecessary breakage or lost time.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher, with 5+ years of practical motor experience.
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting capability and the ability to read schematics and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong English language skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to professional development.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $106,800 - $159,400 annually, plus incentive plan and benefits.
