Sr. Manager, Software Engineering - Home Care

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager for our Home Care Engineering Team. This team utilizes a modern technology stack to create, update, and maintain our frontend and backend infrastructure and tools that power the home care side of our business. This role entails leading a small but impactful team comprising full-stack developers along with QA engineers. Lead and mentor the Home Care engineering team, providing strategic direction, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, establishing the frameworks for managing, executing work, communicating progress, and directing the activities of your team Collaborate with Product partners and Executive-level stakeholders to identify and understand business opportunities, present innovative technical solutions, and lead your team in executing high-impact projects that drive revenue growth. Professionally develop engineers on your team by helping them build and execute personal development plans that map to our organization goals. Aggressively recruit and hire talented engineers. Work closely with Product Partners and Stakeholders to ensure that the company objectives are met on time while simultaneously balancing necessary engineering requirements and influencing the overall technical direction and user experience of our website.
