Staff Data Engineer

Role Mission:

• Lead the design and implementation of a new data architecture powering critical customer-facing AI features.
• Define the architecture for an AI-ready data platform, including data modeling, orchestration, transformation, serving, metadata, and governance.
• Partner with Product to design and implement AI-powered features that delight customers.

Candidate Qualities:

• Experience architecting and implementing data systems for use with AI at scale.
• Experience balancing short-term experimentation with long-term platform maintainability.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and set technical direction beyond a single team.
