Product Manager

Flagstone International is looking for a Product Manager to become our first dedicated product hire and you'll start by managing delivery across 1-2 small, cross-functional squads (3–4 engineers each), while working closely with the Director of Product Engineering, the COO, the CEO and senior leadership to define the way we work, the tools we use, and the roadmap we follow. You'll own the end-to-end product delivery process and maintain and communicate roadmaps. You'll also shape our product culture and influence at every level.
