Data Analytics Manager

The Data Analytics Manager will oversee the management, analysis, and visualisation of data within the Customer Service Operations environment. This role involves leading the Business Intelligence function to deliver strategic, actionable insights that drive business performance and customer outcomes. The manager will ensure the effective use of data through robust governance, modern analytics tools, and a high-performing team, while also promoting data literacy and self-serve capabilities across the organisation. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of 3-4 Data Analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions, promoting transparency by effectively communicating data insights, and championing the use of advanced and automated data analytics tools. The role also involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting frameworks, training stakeholders, conducting ad-hoc data analysis, and staying abreast of emerging data analysis trends and technologies.
