Job Description
Your Impact:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Active national board certification as a (WHNP, FNP, or similar).
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions.
- Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
