Job Description
Provide technical sales support to help customers evaluate Groq's AI acceleration technology. Conduct technical demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Articulate technical differentiators of Groq LPUs. Assist AEs in responding to RFPs and customer inquiries. Work closely with Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers for deeper technical validation.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AI/ML infrastructure, cloud computing, or hardware sales engineering, and hands-on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). The candidate should be able to translate complex technical features into business value and be fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
The candidate should also be innovative, biased for action, highly collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
