Job Description
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead frontend development by building user-friendly interfaces with React 18+ and TypeScript, creating component libraries, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and focusing on accessibility. You will also build scalable backend services in Python (AWS) and Go, design intuitive APIs, manage infrastructure using AWS services like ECS/EKS and Lambda, and ensure security and thorough testing. Establish CI/CD pipelines, champion testing, conduct code reviews, and monitor performance. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and AI/ML engineers, mentor mid-level engineers, and prototype AI-enhanced features. This role is unique because you’ll join a small, startup-structured team within the larger G-P organization, helping to build GIA from the ground up and shaping both the product and the underlying tech.
