Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Lead discovery efforts and develop deep knowledge of each client's business and data.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and lead platform configuration and development.
Qualifications:
- 3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Familiarity with AJO tasks, Adobe Experience Platform, and related tools.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
