Job Description

Provide technical and management direction for the contract, ensuring timely submission of all deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for planning, billing, and payment reconciliation with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Program Office. Direct and supervise day-to-day activities of contractor staff to meet contract requirements, including program and project management tasks. Coordinate with government staff to support the core mission, ensuring compliance with contract schedules and deliverables. Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), manage risk and quality, and prepare weekly/monthly status reports. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including leading status meetings and resolving issues through clear escalation paths. Ensure compliance with security protocols and manage personnel security clearance processes.
