Senior Field Service Engineer

Technical Leadership:

-Provide tele-support for complex electro-mechanical and control system issues.

-Coordinate fault correction activities and monitor system performance to prevent failures.

-Contribute to performance improvement programs and technical training initiatives.

Maintenance and Support:

-Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and support ongoing projects.

-Document service activities and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

-Collaborate with subcontractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to optimize service operations.

Relationship and Skills:

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to exceed service expectations.

-Implement effective solutions using problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to continuous professional development.
