VP Clinical Operations

The VP of Clinical Operations will oversee the US Clinical Operations team, ensuring successful trial delivery within budget, timeline, compliance, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include creating optimal working practices, SOPs, systems, and tools, as well as proactively solving issues. This role involves directing project support staff, mentoring team members, and implementing resource strategies to achieve project goals. The VP will lead hiring and expansion of the US ClinOps team and ensure seamless integration with the UK Clinical Operations teams. Additionally, the role includes supporting business development, facilitating project handovers, and collaborating with tech and product teams to design best-in-class trial technology.
