The Business Applications Integration Manager supports and drives activities related to the strategic consolidation of the insurance agency management systems across the enterprise. The Integration Manager oversees resources and drives tasks for concurrent projects. Key responsibilities include understanding EPIC’s Merger & Acquisition strategy, leading team efforts in data mapping and user acceptance testing, managing relationships with business units, and proactively identifying risks. The role requires strong analysis skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality project outcomes. The Integration Manager will document processes, handle fluctuating workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver quality results, requiring at least 4+ years of insurance agency management systems experience.
