Responsibilities:
- Eliminate manual QA dependency and build scalable automated testing.
- Design and evolve test architecture and tooling that scales across services and teams.
- Own test reliability and proactively detect, diagnose, and eliminate flaky tests.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience with modern test frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
- Strong understanding of testing strategy across layers (unit, integration, API, E2E).
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate testing workflows.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience (Ruby, Node.js, or similar).
- Experience building and operating services in AWS or similar cloud environments.
