Position Summary:
- Manage and develop the organization’s GCM workforce.
- Lead the development of departmental initiatives.
- Responsible for financial and quality aspects of the assigned GCM hierarchy.
Essential functions:
- Optimize GCM activities, with a focus on high quality delivery.
- Lead regional/therapeutic area project resourcing.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team Leads to ensure resource needs are met.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 years in clinical operations or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years onsite monitoring experience.
- 6+ years of direct supervisory experience managing CRAs and CRA Managers.
Competencies:
- Demonstrates knowledge of ICH-GCP and Precision for Medicine SOPs.
- High capacity for Emotional Intelligence.
- Demonstrates understanding and ability to work with EMRs and EDCs.
