Job Description
As the Technical Product Practice Manager, you will leverage your experience as a technology product development leader to grow and develop a globally distributed team of Technical Product Owners (TPOs), fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will serve as both a people leader, developing and empowering your teamβs product skills, and a practice leader, defining and evolving the standards, processes, and methodologies that enable effective technical product delivery. This role is critical to aligning technical product outcomes with business strategy, ensuring the TPO function consistently delivers value and drives organizational success.
Key responsibilities include establishing best practices for managing technical product roadmaps and stakeholder communication. The role involves coaching and training team talent in product management, partnering with engineering and product leadership, defining performance metrics for TPOs, removing roadblocks, and fostering innovation. You will stay informed about emerging trends and create opportunities for team building and knowledge-sharing.
