Squad Leader

We are seeking an experienced Squad Leader/Manager to lead one or more high-performing squads in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role combines tactical leadership with operational excellence, focusing on delivering exceptional value to healthcare clients while developing team members and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities would include to lead and inspire agile squads, provide leadership, conduct performance evaluations, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain client relationships. The squad leader will also ensure alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and portfolio objectives. Candidate qualifications include 3-5 years of leadership experience managing agile teams and experience working in SAFe environments.
