Nielsen Brandbank Software Developers work collaboratively alongside other development team members, Product Owners & Scrum Masters to realise business goals. Software developer using an incremental delivery approach is responsible for developing new and existing products by understanding and translating backlog items into solutions. You strive for constant improvement and have sound judgement.
You are someone more junior team members look to for support and can coach and mentor more junior team members. You are comfortable managing your own tasks and will be involved in identifying process improvement opportunities. Build solutions and services that mitigate security threats and collaborate well with other stakeholders when necessary to review specifications.
