Main Mission:
- Own the full lifecycle of AI character creation, from concept generation to LoRA training and testing.
- Ensure content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend by following data and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with teams to test new features and maintain high-quality standards across all releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead character LoRA training and concept generation within a fast-paced weekly release cycle.
- Test generative AI characters for consistency, correctness, and overall user experience quality.
- Research new techniques and models to keep characters innovative and competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles with about 4+ years of experience.
- Technical proficiency in LoRA training and strong creative eye for character and face selection.
- Comfort with repetitive training cycles and rigorous attention to detail for original, high-quality outputs.
