Responsibilities:
- Lead disciplinary and technical management of a team of analytics engineers and analysts.
- Prioritize stakeholder requests and maintain team capacity while communicating decisions.
- Develop processes for refinement, planning, and delivery with minimal overhead.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in analytics or BI, with team leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder focus, able to translate priorities into team goals.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 or C2); knowledge of modern data stacks (dbt, Redshift, Superset) and SQL is a plus.
