Responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluations, and longitudinal treatment planning.
• Document recommendations, prescribe medications, and follow clinical best practice guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate from accredited PMHNP or PA program with relevant certification.
• Unrestricted state license in Oregon and minimum 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred, and additional certification or experience with minors.
