Director of Finance

As a Director of Finance, your role will involve leading a team of consultants and overseeing financial operations specific to helping our venture-backed startup clients succeed. You’ll lead finance transformation, oversee FP&A and cash-flow management, and serve as the primary strategic partner, while also ensuring Burkland’s methodologies, toolkits, and quality standards are fully leveraged across all your assignments.

Responsibilities include monthly close oversight, board-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and investor communications, Implementing FP&A frameworks, tailoring processes, and serving as the escalation point for financial risks. Also mentoring junior consultants and tracking client success metrics.
