Public-sector procurement / RFI response Evaluator

About the Role:

• This remote opportunity is for an experienced public-sector procurement professional with deep expertise in RFI responses.
• You will evaluate AI-generated documents against rigorous quality standards and provide actionable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess AI outputs for factual accuracy, procurement relevance, completeness, clarity, and practical applicability.
• Identify factual, analytical, formatting, and presentation errors that could affect quality.
• Provide structured written feedback explaining identified issues and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in public-sector procurement or RFI response.
• Strong practical understanding of public-sector procurement processes and preparation of RFI materials.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides.
