Treasury Product Control Analyst

Monzo is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and commercially-minded Treasury product control analyst to join their Financial reporting & control team. This role would be well suited to a qualified, or soon to qualify, accountant looking for a first-time move from practice to industry who has an understanding of Treasury products in the context of a banking environment. You’ll play a key role by working very closely with our Treasury front office, financial reporting and financial control teams as we continue to build our treasury product control capabilities in Finance. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end control processes on Treasury products. You will also maintain existing and developing new treasury related internal controls that protect our financial data and our balance sheet substantiation process, working with 2LoD and 3LoD along the way. You will assist with the implementation of their new accounting system, from a Treasury perspective, to make sure we are taking advantage of all its features to minimise manual elements of reporting.
