Responsibilities:
- Manage and further grow a project team consisting of engineers and designers involved in high voltage substations.
- Direct the Team Lead in coordination of engineering and design from concept through detailed design execution.
- Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- BS from an ABET-accredited engineering program or an advanced management/business degree.
- 20+ years experience in design of multi-disciplined solutions for utility high voltage substations.
- Five+ years experience leading an engineering design team through all project phases.
