Physician (Family Medicine or Med-Peds) - Direct Patient Care + Clinical Leadership

About the Role:

• Equip seeks a board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine or Med-Peds for a 100% virtual Telehealth role caring for patients ages 6-99 with eating disorders.
• Physicians work on a multidisciplinary team alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to support recovery.
• This is a full-time, salaried position with flexible hours, prioritizing afternoon and early evening in your time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive medical assessments and evidence-based treatment for co-occurring conditions due to eating disorders.
• Monitor vital signs and labs, collaborate with external providers, and document in the electronic medical record.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and advanced practice providers.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification in family medicine or dual certification in internal medicine and pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states, with willingness to pursue licensure in all 50 states.
• 3+ years clinical practice; experience in telehealth and eating disorder management preferred but not required.
