Lead the Enterprise Data & AI Governance Program including frameworks, policies, and guidelines aligned with corporate values, ethical AI principles, and regulatory requirements. Define and operationalize governance for data products, ensuring consistency in metadata, lineage, and quality across platforms such as Databricks, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. Oversee governance strategies across the data and AI/ML lifecycle, from design to deployment to monitoring and deprecation. Integrate governance into AI tools and platforms, including model registries, risk assessments, explainability dashboards, and bias detection tools. Maintain and improve assets like data dictionaries, glossaries, catalogs, and access control documentation. Lead audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessments for both structured and unstructured data products and AI systems. Report governance performance, maturity, and risks to executive leadership and, where appropriate, the Board.
