Job Description
The E-Commerce Product Manager will lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of initiatives involving complex system integrations, enhancements, and customer-facing features, as well as evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability. They will work closely with developers to define technical requirements, act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders, drive technical solutioning sessions with IT, and own the product backlog, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA and Confluence. They will also support testing, QA, and validation for implementations, monitoring product performance and resolving technical issues, and must travel to headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year.
