Protect & Build Campaign Manager

The Protect & Build Campaign Manager will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the Protect & Build Our Safety Net campaign, with a focus on coordination, team management, partner alignment, and accountability for achieving targeted campaign outcomes. This full-time, one-year position will oversee a team of organizers and ensure that Community Change and Community Change Action’s campaign goals are met through robust base-building, narrative work, and powerbuilding strategies. This person must be both a seasoned campaign tactician and a relational leader who can hold complexity, manage cross-state coordination, and integrate field, communications, and policy approaches into a unified plan. Principal responsibilities include campaign leadership & strategy; team management & supervision; relationship management; cross-functional integration; data tracking, and evaluation; and rapid response and adaptive strategy.
