Director of Finance

Lead the financial strategy as Vocal Media scales aggressively into new markets, verticals, and M&A. This is not a traditional “keep-the-lights-on” finance role — you’ll be the CEO’s primary co-pilot for identifying, modeling, and executing multi-million-dollar growth bets. You’ll report directly to the CEO and sit on the leadership team. If you’ve taken a services business from $20M → $50M+, built new verticals from scratch, or led the financial charge on a 7- or 8-figure deal, this is the perfect opportunity.

Core Responsibilities include architecting and launching new revenue streams, leading financial due diligence, valuation, and integration planning for acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and owning forecasting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards across all business units.
