Job Description
Define and lead architecture and technical strategy across projects; participate in Discovery phases. Choose appropriate tech stacks and infrastructure; implement DevOps and CI/CD practices. Plan sprints, manage delivery, and ensure functional releases. Oversee code quality: reviews, test coverage, QA processes. Mentor engineers and cultivate a strong, healthy engineering culture. Provide feedback, assess technical risks, and foster team development. Communicate directly with clients on both technical and product levels; collaborate with PMs and product teams to shape roadmaps.
