Community Engagement Lead

Design and lead strategic community engagement programs that strengthen trust, transparency, and collaboration across the communities where our large-scale power and infrastructure projects are developed and operated. You’ll guide a team of Community Engagement Professionals, shaping engagement strategies from early siting through operations. Working cross-functionally with Development, Permitting, and Policy teams, you’ll ensure community perspectives are meaningfully integrated throughout each project’s lifecycle. The External Affairs team plays a critical role in advancing Intersect’s mission to deliver the next generation of power and infrastructure projects through open, transparent relationships with communities, policymakers, and stakeholders. By building local partnerships and aligning our projects with community priorities, the team helps ensure Intersect’s developments create shared value for the regions where we operate.
