Senior User Researcher, Insights

The Insights team is looking for a motivated individual with a strong UX research background to serve as a full-time contractor. This person will be responsible for executing large strategic research studies among the clients’ target customer base. Working with the Insights team to scope and design complex studies across multiple audiences and data sources. Managing the full life cycle of a study (research planning, recruiting, fielding, analysis, and reporting). Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to drive highly actionable and meaningful insights to inform product and feature directions. Owning deliverables, specifically creating digestible reports that clearly communicate findings to non-research audiences (e.g. senior leadership, sales, product, design). Collaborating with other members of the Insights team to support knowledge sharing across the organization. This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
