Prime Trading Desk Lead

The Prime Trading Desk Lead will oversee all aspects of the Prime product, including strategy development, business development, execution, and risk management, ensuring the platform's long-term success. This role requires collaborating with tech teams to optimize trading infrastructure from pricing engines to execution. A key function is to cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional clients, driving business expansion within the institutional segment. This leader will work with other Kraken traders and cryptocurrency researchers to enhance market knowledge. The role demands expertise in flow trading, market structure, pricing models, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience with operational processes, risk models, and regulatory awareness, ensuring smooth trade execution and compliance.
