About the Role:
- Provide advanced support for network and security incidents and service requests.
- Lead implementation of change requests and project tasks including maintenance, software upgrades, and hardware replacements.
- Work night shifts to deliver out-of-hours planned work and cover P1/P2 incidents.
Required Expertise:
- 4–5 years’ experience in network and security support roles with SD-WAN, firewalls, routing (OSPF/BGP), and ISP management.
- Proficiency in technologies such as VeloCloud, SilverPeak, Fortinet, Zscaler, Infoblox, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and F5.
- Experience with ITIL service principles, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
