About the Role:

  • Provide advanced support for network and security incidents and service requests.
  • Lead implementation of change requests and project tasks including maintenance, software upgrades, and hardware replacements.
  • Work night shifts to deliver out-of-hours planned work and cover P1/P2 incidents.

Required Expertise:

  • 4–5 years’ experience in network and security support roles with SD-WAN, firewalls, routing (OSPF/BGP), and ISP management.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as VeloCloud, SilverPeak, Fortinet, Zscaler, Infoblox, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and F5.
  • Experience with ITIL service principles, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

  • Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate proactively.
