- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- CCNA or equivalent certification required; CCNP advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer customer networks, systems, hardware, and software.
- Monitor network performance and health, and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and implement security measures.
