Clinical Psychologist

We are actively hiring talented Licensed Clinical Psychologists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The position offers a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential. The role is a W2 employed position and offers a sign-on bonus and cash based incentive plan. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including 401K with 4% match. Paid parental leave and malpractice insurance are provided. Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Experience with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations is required. Psychological Testing is available but not required. This position requires candidates to reside in Washington state for remote work. There are beautifully designed offices throughout the area to make commuting easier. The schedule is Monday - Friday with no weekends and flexible scheduling is available to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. In-Office & Hybrid Positions are available, offering both In-person & Remote flexibility.
