Senior Project Manager

Seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to coordinate our client’s partner ecosystem and drive operational excellence across our Voice AI platform. You'll manage cross-functional communications, partner deliverables, and operational processes while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role offers broad autonomy and the opportunity to shape how our client scales their partner operations. The position involves managing customer-to-partner matching, collecting and distributing project updates and reports, sending follow-up reminders, and coordinating complex meetings. You will deliver and implement new processes and agreements, ensure team and partner adoption, monitor contractor contracts and timesheets, and drive cross-functional alignment. Other responsibilities include collecting and organizing success stories and feature requests, facilitating case study creation, coordinating partner meetups and surveys, and maintaining competitive intelligence documentation.
