Responsibilities:
- Support segmentation updates, manual data uploads, audience list refreshes within Braze.
- Support execution of member‐engagement campaigns (launch, monitoring, optimization).
- Assist in the development of new collateral as identified by the Manager.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM/campaign support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reviewing and editing messaging.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple inbound requests, track status, and deliver on deadlines.
