Instructional Designer

Instructional Designers at Coupa create and maintain best-in-class eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led content for Coupa Product training to serve customers, partners, and employees. They have a solid knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and technical training best practices. They must possess a strong bias for action and an unwavering commitment to making internal and external customers and partners successful. Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives. Leverage various multimedia approaches and authoring tools to create interactive online learning experiences. Create and update curriculum to be delivered in multiple modalities including online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training.
