You will drive impactful product communication and champion customer success with Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS, partnering closely with customers in India.
You will continuously grow your expertise in AI and digital transformation in clinical trials.
As part of the global Product Expert team, you will play a key role in the Product organization.

What You'll Do:

Be the product evangelist and subject matter expert for Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS, staying up to date with latest features and communicating roadmap directions.
Provide product education to customers in meetings and online communities, ensuring clear communication of value and functionality.
Act as customer advocate, gather and analyze feedback, and collaborate with Product teams to inform release planning.

Requirements:

5+ years working in Clinical Management space, with hands-on experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS.
Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate to technical product requirements.
Strong analytical and English skills, and passion for emerging technologies like AI.

Nice to Have:

Preferred location: Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
SQL knowledge and fluency in at least one widely used Indian language.
