Support the wider People team in developing and executing projects and initiatives. Building good working relationships with key stakeholders through regular meetings, either face to face or remotely. Utilising people MI to identify key trends, provide insights and support action plans to improve people and business performance. Support and drive the People strategy in areas such as performance management, engagement, talent management, compensation and reward. Support compliance with employment law and relevant regulatory compliance across the Bank including compliance with the Senior Manager & Certification Regime. Provide employee relations and general support to the HR team on an ad hoc basis
