Accountabilities:
- Partner with project management for new system implementations, software upgrades, and feature enhancements.
- Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core manufacturing systems, including MES.
- Translate business requirements into technical system solutions in collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity from the shop floor to top-level management reports.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and standard operating procedures for end-users.
- Support integration of new capital equipment and systems into manufacturing plants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with SQL databases and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Willingness to travel 20-40%, including some international travel.
