Position Summary:
- Responsible for administration, support, and optimization of the ERP system.
- Works with cross-functional business partners to ensure the ERP system supports manufacturing processes.
- Focuses on system support, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for the ERP system.
- Configure and maintain ERP system settings, user roles, and permissions.
- Support core manufacturing processes including production, inventory, and procurement.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with Infor SyteLine.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and accounting principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
