Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality software implementation expertise to Enable customers.
- Act as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams.
- Provide customization, installation, and integration support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Strengthen the team’s technical depth by mentoring Technical Consultants.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding technical solutions.
- Experience developing with C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Customer presentation skills.
