Job Description
As a Lead Product Manager - Institutional, you'll define, champion, and execute a compelling product vision and strategy for Xapo Bank’s institutional offerings aligned with overall business goals. You will own the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration, and maintain a prioritised, data-driven product roadmap. You will also collaborate with Design, Engineering, and operational teams to define and optimise a world-class institutional user experience, driving excellence across both the Web UI and API architecture. The role involves conducting market analysis, translating insights into data-driven opportunities, and partnering with Sales & Marketing to execute robust go-to-market strategies with financial analysis of pricing strategies and business model development. Clear processes and quality gates will be established, and you'll define, monitor, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs). There is a budget dedicated for external training, industry certifications, and conferences for career advancement.
