Junior Interaction Designer

We’re looking for an early career designer to join our rapidly growing team as an Interaction Designer. At Alice, interaction design drives some of our most ambitious and exciting work—from creating the #1 wellness app on the App Store to designing the world’s most advanced in-car digital experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to transform business strategy into polished, intuitive interfaces. Ideal candidates will combine creativity, technical skill, and a solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals. You will contribute to designing digital products from concept development through final execution, create user interfaces and seamless experiences with a strong emphasis on visual and interactive quality, and support the creation and evolution of design systems using Figma.
